The Monthly Creative Membership is designed to give you ongoing creative support without requiring sessions to fit perfectly into a calendar month.
Life happens. Schedules change. Sometime you need a little breathing room.
Here's how your membership, coaching credits, scheduling, and billing work.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP
The Monthly Creative Membership is $240/month and includes 4 coaching credits per billing cycle.
1 coaching credit = one 60-minute Creative Session.
Your membership renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel.
COACHING CREDITS
Four new coaching credits are issued each billing cycle.
Each credit is valid for 60 days from the date issued, giving you flexibility if you aren't able to use all four sessions within the same billing cycle.
Credits must be used before their expiration date. Expired credits cannot be extended, transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded.
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSIONS
You don't have to follow a strict once-a-week schedule.
Use your coaching credits to book sessions when they make the most sense for you and your creative work, based on available appointment times.
After joining, you'll receive access to the member booking link you'll use to schedule your sessions.
RESCHEDULING
Need to move a session? No problem.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, and your coaching credit will remain available for you to use within its original 60-day validity period.
Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will result in that coaching credit being used.
LATE ARRIVALS + NO-SHOWS
If you arrive late, we'll still use the remaining time together, but the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and will result in the coaching credit being used.
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to prevent the next month's charge.
Once a new billing cycle has been processed, that payment is non-refundable and your four new coaching credits will be issued as usual.
Cancelling your membership stops future billing. Any unused credits you've already paid for will remain available until their original 60-day expiration dates.
REFUNDS
Membership payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed.
This includes unused or expired coaching credits, late cancellations, and no-shows.
If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If your recurring payment is unsuccessful, your membership and the issuance of new coaching credits may be paused until your payment method is updated and the outstanding payment is successfully processed.
