Booking + Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment for Creative Sessions and the Left Stage Intensive is collected securely during the booking process.
Artist Development Coaching is customized based on the scope of support. Payment details and terms will be provided before we begin working together.
Cancellations + Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to move your session, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may be moved to another available time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and may result in the session being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we'll still make the most of the time we have together, but your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
No-Shows
Sessions missed without notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Because time is specifically reserved for you, completed sessions, no-shows, and sessions cancelled within the 48 hour window are non-refundable.
